Unlimited Service Group announced a new organizational structure designed to enhance regional leadership, elevate customer and team member experiences, and accelerate operational excellence across its family of brands.

The enhanced structure positions Unlimited Service Group to deliver on its core promise: keeping commercial kitchens running without interruption. The company specializes in repairing and maintaining critical foodservice equipment, helping customers avoid costly breakdown; and when issues arise, technicians move quickly to get kitchens back to business.

As part of this evolution, effective immediately, the following seasoned leaders have been promoted to Vice President of Regional Operations:

  • Nick Cribb, East Region
  • Jason Wright, South/Southwest Regions

These appointments reflect a commitment to empowering regional teams and delivering consistent, high-quality service to customers nationwide.

In addition to these promotions, Wes Tyer will continue to lead the West Coast region, John Krupinski will continue to lead the Northeast/Central Region, Doug Scott will maintain leadership of Heritage Service Group Canada, and Ed Eisen will remain at the helm of General Parts, ensuring continuity and strength across core operations.

Unlimited Service Group also announced that Woody Adkins, after decades of leadership at Whaley, is joining the organization in a new enterprise-wide role. Adkins will lead strategic projects focused on enhancing the customer experience and operational excellence across all brands. With over 26 years at Whaley, Adkins was instrumental in building one of the largest and most successful foodservice equipment service companies in the country. His deep industry knowledge and passion for service will now benefit the entire organization.

As Adkins transitions into this new role, Ed Phillips will step in as the new leader at Whaley, continuing the legacy of excellence and innovation that has defined the brand.

Looking ahead, this alignment will enable the introduction of new innovations in 2026 that aim to redefine service speed, reliability, and customer experience. These advancements will build on a commitment to operational excellence and ensure partners have the tools and support they need to thrive.

“Our new structure is about more than titles—it’s about aligning leadership to better serve customers and support our local brands,” said Kristen Nowak, President of Unlimited Service Group, “We’re proud of the leaders stepping into these roles and excited for the future of Unlimited Service Group.”
